Watches from ShopWorn include a warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer’s defects, including the watch movement, hands, and dial. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your watch needs warranty service.
This warranty does not cover general wear and tear from normal use, damage from improper handling and accidents, or lost or damaged gemstones and other decorative elements. Service from third parties without explicit written authorization from ShopWorn will automatically invalidate your warranty.
Certain watches retain their original manufacturer warranty. If you are unsure, please contact us at email@example.com for advice on whether to send your watch direct to the manufacturer or to ShopWorn for servicing.
